The staff were super friendly, responsive and took good care of your requests. They also have laundry service and you can get your laundry back on the same day, which was perfect. You can even exchange money here. It saved me a lot of time. I met a group of lovely people here and easily found my travel partners to the glaciers and to El Chaltén. In a city that has a lot of tourists, this place was very reasonably priced and they treated us like visitors, not tourists. They were honest about what they thought we should and shouldn't spend money on, and they were patient when our Spanish wasn't the best. The place has pretty big rooms and a nice kitchen.
