Accommodation options at Travellers Oasis include spacious dormitory rooms along with private double, twin, and single rooms. Each room is furnished with fans, bed linen, towels, and a personal safety deposit box. Private rooms also feature a fridge stocked with complimentary600 ml water per guest, as well as a TV. Shared bathroom facilities are accessible to all guests, while air conditioning is available for an additional fee. Best hostel I stayed in Australia! Staff is great, super helpful and thoughtful! The hostel is super clean and bedrooms comfortable. Stayed in a 3-bed dormitory and I felt like home. You can also feel that this place is so special that it creates a very calm ambiance amongst guests. There are different common areas/kitchens for each group of bedrooms. The hostel is located just beside the bus station and a commercial center where there is a supermarket and some stores open until 10 Pm.

Dreamtime is an award winning hostel with a difference. We offer travellers a safe, peaceful & cosy place to stay. We are not a party hostel.

As we are a small, independent hostel, our reception is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm. Initially booked this hostel for three days, but the atmosphere was so wonderful and relaxing that I ended up staying for nearly a month. There are no bunk beds—just regular beds—so it feels much more comfortable. Almost every room has its own fridge, and there are plenty of bathrooms and kitchens available, the place also very clean which adds to overall comfort. The garden is incredibly peaceful; you might not even want to leave once you settle in. There’s also a cool common area on the second-floor balcony with a red sofa where I spent most of my time. This is definitely not the typical party hostel full of loud drinking or drugs. Whenever I came in, people were meditating, doing yoga, reading, painting, or writing. If you’re looking for a party-all-night vibe, this may not be the place for you. The guests here have a different energy—more mature, quiet, and respectful. It’s also a very safe choice for solo female travelers. Another unique aspect is that the owners are often at reception, which makes the place feel safer, and they address any issues immediately. However, if you’re a digital nomad, be aware that the internet can be spotty in some rooms—especially in rooms 6 and 7, where it doesn’t reach at all. Even a Telstra hotspot wasn’t sufficient there. The internet in room 19 was much better, and it’s very good in the common areas. But working in the common area during the summer without air conditioning can be tough due to the heat. In the winter, though, it could be a great environment for digital nomads. It might be even better if they added two or three small coworking or meeting areas in the garden—then it would be a digital nomad’s paradise. They’ve created an incredibly peaceful atmosphere overall. If you’re looking for a calm, relaxing place rather than a party hostel, this is a wonderful place to stay. If you visit Cairns, don’t bother looking anywhere else!

At the hostel, the rooms include air conditioning and a shared bathroom. The facilities are great and the bunk beds really comfortable. The showers/toilets were always super clean. The bar and the beer pong competition were really cool and there's a nice café right downstairs if you're looking for breakfast/brunch.

HOMESTYLE HOSTEL - 18-36yrs has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Caloundra. The property is set 1.2 km from Bulcock Beach, 14 km from Aussie World and 17 km from SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and free WiFi. It exceeded all my expectations. It didn't feel like a backpackers hotel at all. We were sharing a unit with 3 people. Had our own bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. Others were welcomed to use our unit facilities aswell, but with so small number of guest, it didn't happen often. And when they did, they were always really tidy and friendly. Small pool outside the unit, nice sitting area for morning coffee. All good for chatting with other guests. In the evening the outside area turned into a fairy wonderland, beautiful lighting.

The property is close to Roma Street Station, New Farm Riverwalk and City Botanical Gardens. The accommodation offers karaoke and a shared kitchen.

Guests at the hostel can enjoy a continental breakfast. I've stayed at a lot of hospitals in at least 10 countries and this was hands down the best one I've stayed at. The staff is so nice and helpful, the included breakfast is really good, they give you free towels and blankets, they don't charge a key deposit, there's a pool, a gym, and comfy common areas. There's also a laundry room and detergent is included which is amazing! The bathrooms are clean, the kitchen has lots of utensils and they have seasonings and oil accessible for everyone to use for cooking. I stayed in the pods and it was extremely comfortable and private, with a dimmable light and charging ports. I love that you have storage in the pod right next to you so your stuff is completely safe at all times. The rooms had AC and lots of storage options for my stuff.
