THE BEST HOSTEL I STAYED IN!! The owner - Igor is incredibly friendly and helpful. He creates a unique atmosphere in this place. You will feel like visiting old friends since the first second you enter the door. Everything is clean and the bed is very comfortable and private. All ladies will appreciate this - THERE IS A MIRROR IN YOUR BUNK BED! I was so happy about this detail. Rooms and bunk beds are spacious and there is enough space for your luggage, small belongings and movement. The common areas are very comfortable - honestly I spent 80% of my stay here because Igor has thousands of stories which you just want to listen to (ask him about helicopter) and also a lot of knowledge to re-brief with you after your walking tours. All of us staying in the hostel we became good friends and I believe is thanks to Igor and his way of managing this hostel. I really want to come back to Sarajevo just to stay here again :D

Bathrooms are shared while towels and linen are provided free. This hostel is one of the best hostels I ever stayed. The beds are super comfy, the shower is amazing (pressure and heat), the kitchen is very organized and provides everything you need if you want to cook. There is a terrace which is really nice to have coffee in the morning. Location is good, and the hill really isn’t that bad. Lastly the owner is incredible super friendly as well as her staff.

At the hostel, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. I traveled alone and stayed in the girls-only room. The hostel is clean, cozy, and felt like being with family. Perfect location—close to the grocery store, city center, old town, river, and tram stop. The staff was very helpful, and the bathroom has a bidet. I will definitely return if I visit Sarajevo again!

The rooms at One Love are equipped with a seating area. I had a great time at One Love Hostel. I arrived in the morning and could leave my luggage at the hostel until my bed was ready, so I could go explore the city in the meantime. The owners and the volunteer working there were super nice and gave me some tips on where to get coffee and a map of the city. The room (6 bed dorm) was very big and had a small balcony with an amazing view. There is a spacious locker for every bed and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillow and blanket were probably some of the best I've ever had in a hostel. There is a bathroom on every floor and a small kitchen that had everything I needed. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Sarajevo.

I just needed to sleep but the facilities were also okay. The host was very friendly and helping people. I would prefer here again if I come to Bosnia again.
