The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I had my own room and found it very cosy and spacious. It was easy to find from the Bern train station and easy to explore Bern by foot. I liked the view of the river from the room. Overall I recommend this hostel

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is really nice. The staff is very kind. I came in late and it was no problem with the check in.
