She also got us a free upgrade to a better room and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The room itself was spacious and clean and very comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful; they made sure that I was comfortable in my room, explained all the amenities and facilities, and were very friendly. The breakfast area on the terrace was fantastic. They provide plenty of options for everyone, including fresh fruits, toasts and pastries. It's always nice to see people smiling while they work, too! The location is great! It's a short walk from the beach, and close to downtown too  so you can walk around if you want to sightsee as well.
