The entire staff was friendly and helpful, including handling the chaos of the April 28 blackout with patience, grace and good humor, making sure everyone was as up-to-date as possible under difficult circumstances. The work area was excellent, and the WiFi was fast and stable.

Everything was wonderful , Roberto arze was just incredibly helpful , hospitable , very genuine person , we felt like home from the moment we arrive to the moment we left … the location is in the heart but at the same time quite . The staff was super nice & helpful. Did the walking tour & bar crawl, I recommend!

I really like the fact on how the hostel creates the atmosphere for everybody meet each other and feel literally as a family. The staff is really friendly and kind, whenever you need help for anything.

Offering a variety of private rooms and single beds in both mixed and female dormitories, the hostel also caters for families and groups of friends. The bright rooms come with either a private or shared bathroom, and some have a small balcony. Perfect location, everything clean, very friendly and sociable atmosphere, can't fault this hostel - i stayed here twice already. Breakfast was great, a selection of sweet and savoury, juice, coffee, milk, and friendly waiters. Breakfast was served in a great time (7:30-10:30) so it suited my busy travel schedule. There was a toilet and shower in our room, as well as another two toilets and two showers that were shared between the floor. Never had any problems with waiting for one to become free. Beds and pillows super comfortable, and long enough even for tall people (185cm!). Little reading lamp and a small shelf next to my bed, plenty of hooks to hang stuff on. The receptionist was a local and was able to give me advice on how to get to the airport. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I'll definitely come back!

The staff were very very nice which they helps us to keep the luggage even we did not staying there, the facility was so clean and comfortable, location is amazing which takes 5-6min get to the center, everything is perfect and worth the money🥰
