It was exactly as in the photos. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were all super clean and comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a hairdryer in the room. We booked in for 1 night whilst cycling the coast & castles route last year and liked it so much we booked in to stay over Easter and had a great stay again. The place is immediately clean. The kitchen facilities are first rate. The communal lounge is kitted out with Barker & Stonehouse'esk furniture. The views from the lounge window overlooking the harbour and Bay aren't too shabby either. The owner is super nice and really helpful.

Surrounded by lovely greenery in the heart of vibrant Keswick centre, YHA Keswick is just a 10-minute walk from Lake Derwentwater. It features a restaurant and self-catering kitchen. I never saw any hostel before with such a clean kitchen. You can buy the food outside, then come back to cook your foods. They have 2 big fridges anda very nice kitchen and close to the town. Very worth visiting here!

A hostel style bunk room on a farm, the location is great to be out in a peaceful area, yet a short drive to the city and close to the coast.
