I’m already planning to return and stay for a longer period next time. My little ones absolutely loved the animals nearby, especially the chickens. They truly enjoyed the place.

What an absolute gem of a place to stay! The owners were very welcoming, the hostel is spotlessly clean, and such a quirky set up being an old school. Loved that! Highly recommend a stay! I arrived at night but waking up early and seeing the views from the hostel was lovely, its in a beautiful spot! Please take the time to wander along the road to the old slate quarry, well worth a visit!

Definitely necessary to get a car to come here, as it is much more convenient. But great views and value. Got a free upgrade as well thanks to nice staff.

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The hostel has family rooms. The bunkhouse was everything we needed as a group of lads visiting Dyfi bike park for the wknd. 5min drive into town is perfect for an evening meal, a few pubs and an Indian restaurant to choose from. This is our go to accommodation, our 4th stay to date and won’t be our last. The cottage is a luxury if your happy to splash out :-)

The Heights Bunkhouse sits above a busy bar and restaurant. The dormitories contain bunk beds and come with carpeted floors, and all dormitories have their own shower and toilet. We had a lovely time here. Both the staff and the hostel are wonderful!
