The balcony was the best after a day at the beach and particularly that my room was very small with three guys standing talking in the room there was no room for me. 😂 There were a group of youth staying at the hostel who had beautiful dorms with their own private balcony. The room I stayed in is in desperate need of an updated.

Was given a big, warm and enthusiasm welcome upon my arrival. The volunteers made you feel like you were a beloved family member and swept you away on organized outings and pointed you to the free snorkels and beach gear. There are morning yoga classes in the yoga studio, and the gorgeous, abundant family dinner was the cherry on top.

The location is ideal, next to the bus station, the port, the market, supermarkets, restaurants, and the sea, on a quiet street. Kitchen is fully equipped with nice kitchenware, there is also an ancient part of it to see how meals were cooked in the past, which I found fascinating. Reliable internet connection in the rooms and common areas. Very nice and friendly hosts.

All rooms at Hostel Split have a flat-screen cable TV and wooden floors. City maps are provided at the reception. We loved this property! It was the best we had in Split. Big room with private bathroom and shower! It was easy to find and close to bus and ferry! Would recommend it to anyone
