The staff is so nice ! We forgot part of our luggage and the staff was able to make a shipping arrangement for us and got our things mailed to another hotel further on our trip! Amazing ! I loved this little hostel in Banyuwangi, it was spotlessly clean, very quiet, the beds were so comfortable, the showers were amazing, the family who own the hostel live next door and are such kind helpful people. The free breakfast included is so delicious, way better than a lot of the free breakfasts other hostels include. This is the perfect spot to stay in Banyuwangi if you want to explore the surrounding area. I did the Ijen tour through the hostel and ended up doing it with a small group and a really great guide so would 100% recommend.

I had one of the little huts which was so cute and cosy. The bed and the pillows are super comfortable and it’s quiet so perfect for a good night sleep after a long day. The shower is hot and good pressure. Also it’s very clean everywhere around the hostel. The location is great as it’s closed to many restaurants, atm, shops. Ranasa is perfect to chill and socialise whatever you feel like as they have separate spaces for both. The stuff is just incredible. So friendly, kind and they will help you with whatever you need help with. Just simply a great atmosphere and great place to stay in Yogyakarta. I wish they had more hostels like this around Indonesia.
