I do not know where to begin in terms of describing just how amazing my overall experience was. The hostel is only a month or so old so everything is, as one would expect, brand new. Setback from the road you're away from the noise and traffic and yet still only a 5minute walk to the bustling cliff area. The dorm rooms are a good size with comfy beds, privacy curtains and individual lockers. The whole place is spotlessly clean. There's a lovely chill out area upstairs with a well appointed kitchen where you can either cook for yourself or buy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner for around RPS150. The garden is a delight to sit in and isn't really overlooked either. What makes this place complete are the brilliant team; huge thanks to Vikram and Pintu who made me feel so welcome and provided so much fun and laughter. Book it now before it's too late!

Aflah really took care of me on arrival as I was exhausted from a long journey from Kochi and Kozhikode. My room was upgraded and Sundar promptly made me a delicious lunch. In fact Sundar was a master in the kitchen, and all meals are prepared for guests. It is a very chill place to visit, grab a bike or pick a book to read enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Oh and Trance the dog will adopt you immediately, he is so gorgeous.

The house is on a small hill with a beautiful view of the valley and the room was very spacious with a nice balcony. Shaiju went out of his way to help us with all our requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Kochill is a really nice hotel with hostel spirit : the place is super calm nearby in the center of Kochi, really easy to reach the center by foot. Bouba is a generous and nice host, attentive to the travelers and their journey, you will feel welcome and cared there. The food made by Kurumi, the wife of the host, is delicious and serve all day? As 35 year old woman, the place reaches my expectation in term of confort and the coziness guesthouse vibe. I will definitively come back there ! You can also really enjoy the sounds of all the birds around, they were incredible <3
