The room (one for two people with private bathroom) was very clean and although tiny for European standards, it was quite comfortable. The location is amazing! In a nice neighbourhood with many things to do around, in walking distance to main attractions and quite well connected. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is the option to store your luggage for free. I would totally recommend it.

So convenient and the facilities are new, clean and organised. The property is non-smoking and is set 400 metres from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall. It was a real pleasure staying at Toru's wonderful accomodation. Everything was clean, well equipped, the beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Toru was just amazing- sent us lots of tipps for sightseeing and restaurant and was alltogether just lovely. And the foot massage machine was a game changer 😍
