Awesome experience. Owner Hemish and his family are so kind. I felt very well looked after here. The mother is an excellent cook. Massive delicious breakfast included and for a little extra you can have family dinner too which was delicious. Got loads of advice of things to see and do which made my time really special.
The buildings are like a massive tree house fort, lots of art work everywhere very cool, handmade and rustic vibes. A unique and special place to stay.

The guest services were exceptional, with every staff member demonstrating a commitment to providing the highest level of hospitality. In particular, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional efforts of Mr. Sanke, the front office manager, and Mr. Mahinda, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the water sports activities offered by the hotel were both enjoyable and reasonably priced, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Every thing was perfect. Excellent hospitality by the owner. Very cooperative and helpful. The rooms are fabulous very comfortable with what ever you expect is available. The breakfast and dinner are very delicious with suitable value of money. Sure I highly recommend this hostel. The view on the river giving extra value and enjoyment. The owner offer free pick up by the boat to the beach. This hotel is perfect.

Breakfast is very good and tasty, Pool is clean and safe and finally rooms are ok but the bed metress very uncomfortable, not like five star hotel.

The stay at the resort has been a true escape from reality. The hospitality was beyond our expectations and the support was impeccable. Me and my friend had an minor accident during our stay and the staff made sure we stayed safe all the time and provided with extra support and assistance. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay- huge, very clean and welcoming rooms in gorgeous serene setting, a sanctuary. Lovely staff (loved the fresh coconut) who were very accommodating (esp with transport, tours and rickshaws) and all the food was delicious. Beautiful empty white sand beaches just a very quick and cheap rickshaw ride or 10-15 min walk away. Highly highly recommend.

Great location on the beach with sun loungers, tables and chairs in the shade from the palm trees. Safe beach for swimming. All of the family are lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were huge and lovely. Highly recommended.

Staff were helpful, this property is appropriately priced at about $50-70 a night. Anything more than that and it would be over priced. It’s a good budget guesthouse that is well located. The beach it has access to is a very nice beach as it has a natural sea wall that allows really safe sea swimming which can be hard to find in Sri Lanka with its stronger currents.
