With the slightly higher price tag come a lot of amenities like free laundry (!!), paddleboard and bikes. The owner and his crew are amazing persons as well. Moreover the hostel is super new (less than one year). It‘s the perfect place for everyone looking for a calm, relaxed place beyond the party hostels like Che next door.

The owners were very lovely and made the stay comfortable. We joined in on a BBQ fish lunch which was delicious. The location is good, amenities clean and the tent was in the shade with black out cover to keep the light out. I would stay again. Definitely book here if you want a relaxing time in holbox for a good price.

Walking distance from the Ferry but also from the center, we were able to walk everywhere on the island (beaches, restaurants, cafés..). Staff is incredibly kind. The room is huge with a functioning TV, air conditioning works, and the bathroom is also top notch. We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s well serviced and also includes filtered water.

I stayed in the tepee tent - pretty spacious and air conditioning was great. Bed was comfortable. The pool area is nice too. I spent a week and was working from the premises - internet worked great. Well located with many great restaurant options around.

This is a really great hostel located in the main town for the full "local" Mexican feel. Easy access to the excellent beach with a cheap quick taxi. Puerto Morelos is well worth a stop and this place will really look after you.

Chetumal International Airport is 34 km from the property. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, nice extra touches like coffee, water and a small fridge, walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely recommend Ukayil!

The shared kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare healthy meals. It's one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The location is also ideal—right in the center of Tulum, just a five-minute walk from the ADO station. The staff and owner are absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate an important meeting I had, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. Highly recommend!

The rooms are well designed, all beds with curtains and a shelf to organize. The Hostel offers activities and the bar is super social. Breakfast is delicious - coffee was a hit and miss though.
