Very friendly family run business. Made me Feel very welcome and safe. Older Children spoke English. Very helpful and too me On a trip to beautiful waterfall. Located near To bus station and many restaurants. Beautiful plants everywhere.

It's cheap. The air conditioner worked but makes a lot of noise. The internet is very good.

We had a fabulous time there. The location was heavenly and the host was very friendly. Our children made friends with the pet bird, Estrella, and found it hard to depart after one night. We wished we had stayed there the whole week. They had canoes and we used them free of charge and we got to taste fresh coconuts. The stay was not cheap but given all the extras we got for free, plus the nice environment, it was a very good deal. We will be back!

This is a lovely hotel, with a beautiful roof terrace and has a great location close to the main Plaza. Giovanni and Victoria were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay here. They also make great cocktails! I can't wait to come back.

Amazing property!! DO NOT second guess yourself We originally booked for two nights but after the first night we extended our stay another 6 nights. Great staff, beautiful property, safe, super clean and well tended property. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The owners live on site and are super hospitable. I can’t imagine any other properties in the area compare.

I arrived after the official check in time. It was easy to communicate with the staff and they were flexible with my arrival time. The place is a 6 minutes walking distance from the airport. It was safe even at night. The room was nice and tidy, excellent value for this price. Would stay here again if I am back in Tarapoto.
