Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

The hostel was in a cracking location above a superb cafe and near a supermarket. We were very comfortable and the shared kitchen was really useful. Would recommend.

Situated in Angra do Heroísmo, Memória Charming House has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Located around 600 metres from Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach, the hostel is also 1.4 km away from Silveira Beach. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. This exceeded every expectation. The owners and staff were friendly, extremely helpful with tips and arranging reservations for a guided tour in town. Their care for you as a guest starts even before you arrive by sending thorough, useful information on how to get to the house and where to park (we would have been lost otherwise, as our plane was quite late and we were sleeping on our feet by the time we got on the road). The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean (and I'm quite nitpicky regarding cleanliness). The breakfast was lovely, genuinely local if, like everywhere in Portugal, a bit skewed towards the sweet (nowhere else have I seen yogurt served sweetened). I truly hope to get back to Angra one day just to stay here again.
