At the hostel, each room has a patio with a garden view. Guest rooms at STF Svartsö Skärgårdshotell & Vandrarhem are equipped with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. A fantastic place, so near the ferry terminal to make it very easy. Wonderfully helpful staff and lovely breakfast available. Easy to use bikes to get to the shop which is great fun to cycle to. We used bike trailers for children.  Also the communal kitchen is great and well stocked with equipment and plenty of room. The lunch packs and salads available were also great! Svartsö is a beautiful place to visit and great to try some where a little further out from Stockholm though only 2.5 hours on the ferry.

This accommodation has a peaceful location on the island of Grinda in the Stockholm archipelago, only 30 minutes by ferry from Waxholm. Grinda Stugby & Sea Lodge consists of a cabin village and Sea Lodge is a boarding house with board and lodging. This cabine is in nature with indeed no water or toilets but it does the whole experience ! It is like camping but with all équipement you need and a good night sleep
