Thankfully, the front desk at Mariya Hostel went above and beyond to help me avoid being late for my appointment. Their quick thinking and local tips were a game-changer. I also loved their eco-conscious approach—no wasteful energy use here! Aircon is only on when guests are present, which aligns perfectly with sustainable travel. A rare find! Tip for future guests: Plan for extra transit time, and enjoy a stay that’s as kind to the planet as it is to travelers. 10/10!!

Includes a traditional breakfast (typical soup, very fulfilling though not vegetarian; they also offered some fruits). The outside area has a peaceful vibe and a nice cafe. Here you can get everything: great sleep, food, drinks, books, laundry service, recommendations and help renting a bike nearby (50baht/day), you name it! Besides, a great price for what is offered and the best price around here for a solo traveller! Everyone is really nice and welcoming, ensuring you have the best time :) A big thanks to Oz for providing me all the necessary tips and showing me around town! If I return to this area I will not hesitate to book this place :D

The Guesthouse was about 10-15min away from the airport. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I really liked the bathroom and the seat heated toilet :-D You can check in yourself with the code. This is a great hostel to spend the night before departure for this price. The staff is very friendly. There is a 7-eleven supermarket very close by where you can buy delicious ready-made food and warm it up in the hostel. The rooms and bed linen were clean and tidy, the air conditioning worked well. On the floor there is a shared (for men and women) toilet and shower, it was also very clean. The shower has hot water, free shampoo and shower gel. There is also fast Wi-Fi . It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hostel, we ordered a GRAB taxi (150 THB), but the hotel has a transfer. (120 THB for transportation of 1-2 people) .
