The staff is super friendly, and the service is top-notch. Spotlessly clean – both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. There’s air conditioning and a fan, but I didn’t need them since I visited in January, and it wasn’t hot. Hot water is available in both the shower and the sink, which is a huge plus in Vietnam. They also provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, toothbrushes, and towels). Everything was fresh, clean, and neatly organized. Plenty of power outlets for charging devices, which is super convenient.

With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer, some rooms at the hostel also boast a city view. The host was very helpful. Arranged a taxi to take us to the waterfalls, and to Hoi An. The laundry service was very good and quick. Its a bit far from the city center but if you're not afraid to walk it's not a problem.

The hotel was comfortable and well located, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I had a DMZ tour on the day I checked out, and a bus ride to Nha Trang later at night. They allowed me to use the shower in an empty room (thankfully there was one available) after the tour and before the bus.
