Min drive to Yas Mall and Ferrari Park which has the fastest Roller Coaster in the World. 10 Min drive to Warner Brother's Theme Park the WB and next to the WB is Water World Park with unbelievable water slides so much fun. 15 min drive to Yas Beach 50 AED a day. 20 Min drive to Downtown Abu Dhabi. 20 min drive to the Louvre and Saddiyate, Mamsha white sand Beach. There are plenty of taxi's in the area also they have a app so you can book on there and they know right where to get you as the app gives the taxi driver your location which is very handy for those who do not know the area. Download Abu Dhabi Taxi App. Also, there are city buses.
