The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Hotel can arrange room decoration upon pre payment and confirmation of service 48 Hrs prior to arrival day. (Charges varies depending on the selected decoration)
Please note there is an additional charge of tourism fee per unit per night payable at the hotel directly. Which varies from AED 15 to AED AED 45 as per the room category. The maximum number of people per apartment should not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance to other guests. A damage deposit of AED 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
