Fully renovated villa, located in a very calm and friendly neighborhood. Ideal for summer vacations with family and friends. Very near the beach and close to all facilities such as markets, restaurants, drug stores. A very relaxing place to enjoy summer time.
The villa is located in a villas residence that is made from around 40 private homes with porch and yard. Near the residence you can find supermarkets like CONAD. bars and restaurants, there is a pedestrian road that goes around the sand line of the beach, the residence its a very quiet and safe place.
