Property information

Our villa is part of small, modern compound with high quality apartments and villas, called Privé. It’s 35 km from Tirana airport, in a quiet area with a few local restaurants at walking distance. It has 2 bedrooms, for max 5 persons, a private Infinity pool and garden.

Neighbourhood information

Near by walking distance you can find Fisherman Nori Restaurant who offer also delivery food at the villa. Octo Restaurant is also few steps from the villa and offer an amazing sea view. You can swim at nearby Arbeni beach, or spend the day and night at the busier, more touristical beach area at Lalzi Bay (30 min). Duka winery is also interesting to visit.
