Welcome to our holiday home located just 50 meters from the promenade and 150 meters from the beach. Our cozy single-story house is perfect for families with children. The entire property is fully fenced, ensuring safety and peace of mind for the little ones. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with all the comforts needed to feel at home.

Our holiday home is situated in a quiet and private area, with few hotels and apartments nearby. Just 100 meters from the property, you will find a supermarket for all your daily needs. Within the same distance, there are several bars and restaurants offering both local and international cuisine. The center of Velipoja is approximately 500 meters away, easily accessible on foot, where you can explore additional leisure and entertainment options.
