Studio Apartments Vila 24 are the newest accommodations located only 10 min walking distance from the Skanderbeg Square. Located in one of the most quite areas of Tirana, the accommodations offer the best experience for all guests.

A young professional who graduated Business and Economics in Vienna but decided to pursue a career in the Financial Supervisory Authority in Albania. During my free time, I prefer long-distance running, exploring untouched landscapes by mountain biking, and spending time with my family. During the last 3 years of my life, I have also participated in promoting Albanian tourism by providing exclusive tours all over the country ( Riviera, Mountainous landscape, City Tours, etc). This experience also triggered me to invest in my private residence in Tirana and offer 6 accommodations. The neighborhood in which our property is is one of the most coveted and quiet neighborhoods of Tirana. It is located between two of the most important embassies, the American and Swedish embassies. The road where our villa is located in a road surrounded only by other villas. The chirping of birds is present at all hours of the day. The feeling that the house gives you is that of being in the forest but at the same time being in the heart of the city. There is greenery which is very rare to be found today in Tirana in the residential unit inside the city. The large lake park is only 7 minutes away on foot very easily accessible. The Air Albania stadium in which there are a lot of bars and restaurants is also about 10 minutes walk. The block area where entertainment and culture meet with financial institutions is about 12 minutes on foot.
