A little about me—my family has owned this property since 2017. We did extensive renovations to make it a comfortable and welcoming place to enjoy whenever we visit Armenia. The location is incredibly convenient, with close proximity to shops, public transportation, parks, and a nearby church. It’s also within walking distance to Central Square and the city’s beautiful fountains. We take great pride in owning this home and have maintained it to the highest standards. It’s a special place for us, and we hope others will enjoy it as much as we do.
