The apartment is situated at the 9th floor with a nice, open city view. It has a cosy, airy, and comfy atmosphere, full of sunlight in the day and quietness at night. It has all the necessary elements for an enjoyable stay, except that it is not suitable for cooking (there's no oven/stove), but ready-made meals can be heated in the microwave. Silent heat/cold air-con, central hot water during all day, fresh linen and towels are at your disposal. Blackout curtains ensure privacy and quietness. The bathroom was fully renovated in Sep-2023.

Located in the traditional neighborhood of Retiro in the heart of Buenos Aires, the studio is ideal for vacation as well as business trips. The main corporate buildings are at walking distance as well as shopping areas, theaters, museums, concert venus and many other attractions are at a stone-throw. All means of transport are at hand (Catalinas metro station is 100mts far), buses, taxis, train terminals (600mts) and long distance bus terminal (1km) as well as a quick access to major airports and ferry lines. All in all the perfect location for a memorable stay in Buenos Aires.
