Our home, inaugurated in 2022 and designed by renowned architect Sergio Marinucci, blends spaciousness, style, and warmth. Every detail was carefully crafted to showcase breathtaking views while preserving the surrounding nature. * Master bedroom: spacious, with a King Size bed, large closets, 55” Smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video, air conditioning (hot/cold), and a charming fireplace for cozy winter nights. * Open kitchen & living room: bright, comfortable, and inviting, with a wood-burning stove and hot/cold air conditioning. * Guest cabin: located just in front of the main house, connected by a quaint stone path. It features a double bed, hot/cold air conditioning, WiFi, fan, and an electric heater (upon request). Please note: it does not have its own bathroom. * Swimming pool: your private summer oasis, with easy-access stairs and a depth of up to 1.80 m. * Outdoor gallery: furnished with a wooden table and benches for alfresco dining or remote work with reliable WiFi—always surrounded by nature. * Private lookout: perfect for unforgettable sunsets. A peaceful retreat to relax, recharge, or get creative—while still being just 3.4 km away from the town when you want a touch of local life. 
Guests have full access to the entire property: private swimming pool, lookout point, covered terrace, parking, and all indoor and outdoor spaces. 
For safety and environmental protection, smoking or lighting fires is strictly prohibited due to the high risk of wildfires.
