House with garden and pool. 4 large bedrooms. Fully equipped (see detail). Cleaning service included (once a week). The idea is that they can come and relax. We live 20 minutes from the property so we can assist you in any situation. Due to its location it is ideal to enjoy the River, breathe green, relax or work. Very well connected to be in Bs. As in 15 minutes. 4 bedrooms (2 with bathroom en suite), 3 bathrooms in total, garden, pool, grill, different relaxation areas, laundry room, covered garage. 24 hour security on the corner. Any questions about the property, we respond quickly, do not hesitate to ask. Thank you!
Hello, we are Anabel and Guillermo. We work with temporary rental properties and we understand that we are here to make your stay in the house as pleasant as possible. If you are comfortable, we enjoy. We are starting in Booking but both (the house and us) are used to receiving people.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet with little traffic and at the same time very functional since it is located a few blocks from the center of Martínez and La Lucila, where you will find all the businesses and means of transportation necessary for daily life. Belgrano is 15 minutes away by train and you can access the city center in 25 minutes.
