Warm, cozy and bright. It is safe, with private access and very quiet. Clean and complete, so your stay will be excellent and you take back "the" good memories of what you enjoyed in our city. It is extremely comfortable and, if you need something during your stay, we are close to help you with whatever you may need. The entrance is illuminated and is private, first you enter the property (with an automated gate) and then to the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet. It has kiosks, pantries, butchers, greengrocers and regional stores very close by. We are just one block from a mountain area, 4 from the base of Parque Independencia and 5 from the amphitheater (if you come for a recital... many are there!!). We are 11 blocks from the main square (just across the center!!) and only 8 from Monte Calvario. We are also 2 km from Centinela or the Picapedreros Valley... we are close to everything so you can do it on foot or a few minutes by car. If a sporting competition brings you to Tandil, the starts of the foot races are a maximum of 2km away, the Independiente club is 1km away! and the Defensa (handball) for much less, as does the Municipal Soccer Stadium. If you would like to enjoy the city by bus, you can take one a few meters away that will take you to the center, the train station and the terminal, also to the university campus or you can combine with another line and get to La Movediza!!! Parking outside is free and inside the property we also have a place for you to leave your car. Girasoles has all of Tandil within walking distance!!!
