--- Climbing stairs is required.
--- Currently not a complete kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, compact oven, cutlery are available)
--- Not well suited for tall/heavy people, we have nothing against tall/heavy people but the name FW Schnuckel / Snoopy wasn't chosen by chance ;) Everything is a bit more compact.
- Outdoor parking space +-150m.
- Motorcycles can also be parked in the garage ;)
--- Very centrally located between Katschberg & Lungau, the Nockbergen, Gmünd, Seeboden & Millstättersee.
--- Perfect for exploring (Upper) Carinthia!
