Contactless check in - no staff on site ; no parking spaces included , public parking garage nearby ; The Wiener Stadthalle can be reached on foot in 6 minutes , the citycenter (Stephansplatz) can be reached by subway line U3 in about 9 minutes. The U3 station Schweglerstraße is just around the corner. Green Urban Smart - to stay , with concierge service by phone and mail. Deposit EUR 200,- per apartment and stay - will be refunded a few days after check-out if no damage has occurred.
