Luxury Alpine House that consists of four luxury apartments in Zell am See for 6 people (TOP2, TOP3 and TOP4) and 4 people (TOP1) and an underground parking garage. Ski-in/Ski-out via the adjacent Ebenbergbahn cable car. Premium location within walking distance to the center of Zell am See with many shops and restaurants. Pets are allowed! Two luxurious bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. Designer kitchen with cooking island, MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso, QUOOKER, EV-Charger. Built in 2024 and equipped with all modern conveniences and beautiful materials. You will immediately feel at home here!

The property is located is located in the city center, but also right next to the skilift of Zell am See. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. During the winter season the Zell am See area is the perfect place to be skiing with friends or the whole family. In summer time the house is the perfect starting point for nature lovers to go hiking or walk around the lake of Zell am See.
