Offering panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps, Haus Annakogl and Haus Barbara are located in the centre of Obergurgl. The spacious apartments offer a balcony or terrace.
Furnished in a modern Alpine style, each apartment features a cable TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The Annakogl and Barbara buildings are next to each other.
One private parking space per apartment is available on site free of charge. Others can be provided on request. You also benefit from free use of sauna house at the neighborhood partner Alpenresidenz am Mühlbach.
The ski bus stop is just 70 metres away, and the slopes and the ski school can be reached in a 3-minute walk.

We have been doing various maintenance work in both houses over the past 2 years, so we think we can offer our guests a nice holiday home. Our guests appreciate the cleanliness in our houses as well as the personal care. Convince yourself and visit us soon.
We would like to mention once again that you have no cooking facilities in the double room - attic. It is a double room under the roof with a sloping roof as shown in the sketch. The double room is new equipped, has a small fridge, a coffee maker, kettle and a small assortment of breakfast dishes so that the preparation of a small breakfast would be possible.
