Our Haus Jolanda is a modern and high-quality holiday home in a peaceful location, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Kaprun ski area. A highlight of our chalet is the lovingly designed, spacious garden – perfect for unwinding after an active day on the slopes or a long hike or bike tour. With four separate bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, the house offers plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. A spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area invites you to spend quality time together – the perfect setting for cozy evenings with family or friends.

Neighbourhood information

Our Haus Jolanda is centrally located between Zell am See and Kaprun – the perfect base for enjoying the many leisure activities the region has to offer. Whether it's skiing, golfing, cycling, or hiking – countless activities start right at your doorstep or are just a few minutes away. An authentic local restaurant is located right next door – the traditional "Gasthaus Matzen". The nearest supermarket, MPREIS, is approximately 1 kilometer away in the center of Piesendorf. In winter, the family-friendly Maiskogel ski area in Kaprun is just 2 kilometers away. The Zell am See-Kaprun golf course is also only 2 kilometers from the house. Picturesque hiking and biking trails start directly from the property – perfect for anyone looking to actively explore the surrounding nature.
