Since 2018 we have been able to make our dream come true and have realised our own guesthouse with breakfast in Tyrol. With 6 apartments and 2 double rooms we can accommodate the whole family. Property information

We are happy to welcome you in our beautiful apartment house in Niederau. Our village is located in the highest valley of Tyrol - Wildschönau. Our in 2019 newly renovated rooms and apartments leave nothing to be desired. And in our newly furnished Frühstückraum you can use the extensive breakfast buffet in the morning and, in the evening you can have a drink with the other guests.

Neighbourhood information

Haus Marjanne is in a quiet location and the center of Niederau is just a four-minute walk away. Our house is ideally located for skiers and hikers, since the lifts are close by. There is also a good bus connection to the two other ski areas - Ski Juwel Alpbachtal / Wildschönau. Close to our house are several restaurants, supermarkets, après-ski bars and shops. Niederau offers a great start for a visit to Innsbruck, Salzburg, Krimmler Wasserfälle or Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse. In summer our guests receive the Wildschönau Sommer Card, which includes free use of the Bus between Niederau and Auffach and the open-air swimming pool in Oberau with great panoramic views of the mountains.
