Set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Zell am See, Landhaus Marlies is just 500 metres away from the Schmittenhöhe Cable Car Station. The guest house features a spa area with an indoor swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. All accommodation units have a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom with shower and toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. In winter, a variety of massages is available on request. Landhaus Marlies offers homemade teas. A ski storage room can be used by all guests and the garden features a playground and a terrace with lake views. A bus taking guests to the centre of Zell am See stops 200 metres away from of the Marlies. Free private parking is provided on site.
