After enjoying the view of the Jauntal Valley and the Karawanks Mountains every day, the Saualm hiking area begins right outside the front door. Directly behind the house begins, among other things, the forest path to Diex, the path to Sabotnigofen, Saualm, Ladinger Spitz, Gertrusk, and other hiking destinations. Other hiking and mountaineering opportunities in the surrounding area include Petzen, Hochobir, Koralm, etc. It's simply beautiful and varied here in every season. Beautiful swimming lakes nearby: Lake Klopeiner, Lake Wörthersee, Flatschachersee, Lake Hörzendorfersee... Sights such as Hochosterwitz Castle, Finkenstein Castle for unique concert experiences, the MMKK Museum in Klagenfurt, the Carinthian State Museum, and much more! ``` The proximity to Slovenia and Italy also makes this place a special starting point for a variety of activities - Ljubljana has a wonderful charm, as do Italy's Tarvisio/Udine/Venice/Trieste...
