For rent is a renovated attic maisonette with 88sqm, two bedrooms (air-conditioned), and access to the terrace. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The apartment is newly renovated and has air conditioning for your comfort. The bathroom even has a bathtub and there is a separate WC In the spacious kitchen-living room, with a new kitchen, and everything you need, there is a dining area for up to 6 people and a large 4K TV. When it gets cold, you can enjoy the underfloor heating in the whole apartment, and there is also a spacious lift in the house! Our guests rent the whole apartment and therefore have access to all rooms. Self-Check-In possible, key box available.
Hello, we, Siegfried and Lyn, welcome you! We have a one and a half-year-old daughter. In our free time, we enjoy riding our bikes or spending time with Clara, our little daughter. After all these years, we know Vienna well, its sights, events, and destinations and we are at your disposal for any questions you might have and we can give you plenty of ideas for your sightseeing-tour.
