Ski-to-door apartment in top location in Bad Kleinkirchheim! Two quiet bedrooms with direct access to a private patio and a peaceful shared courtyard. Cozy living room with built-in kitchen, state-of-the-art pellet fireplace and a large balcony with a stunning view (see photos). Combined Bathroom / WC with floor heating and a brand new washer-dryer. Two private parking places, ski storage room (with new ski boots dryer), free Wi-Fi. Ski slope just 100 m away. Restaurants, groceries, INTERSPORT store, thermal baths nearby.
Hi! We are David and Anna, a couple with two young kids. We live in Vienna and rent our lovely apartment in Bad Kleinkirchheim, our favorite vacation spot! We hope you love it too!
We are located in the best part of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The ski slope is right outside the door - you don't need a car to reach it. There is a skiing school 50 meters away (you can literally see it from the balcony). Tennis courts and horse riding school are within walking distance. Numerous hiking and biking trails start right next to the house. There are several excellent restaurants in the walking distance. BILLA and SPAR grocery stores and INTERPSORT store are two-three minutes away by car. St. Kathrein thermal bad is nearby as well. Bad Kleinkirchheim is a perfect location both for summer and winter vacation with numerous attractions for visitors. Skiing (multiple tracks), scenic hiking, biking, various sports, two famous thermal baths, stunningly beautiful lakes (with watersports), natural reserve, outdoor animal parks - there are numerous options available to keep you entertained and amazed. We have two private parking places reserved for our guests
