The best of both swimming locations is right at your fingertips, a quick five-minute short walk to Little Beach or straight out the front of your unit to Shoal Bay Beach. Close by there is a variety of restaurants - Little Beach Boathouse is fantastic for a quick snack, cocktails or fine dining. Halifax takeaway fish and chip shop, The Inner Light Tearooms and Diggers Club are all within ten minutes' walk. Unlimited magnificent water views through the headlands from the entire living area and balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities available. The main bedroom has access to the balcony, imagine waking and looking out to the relaxing water views - what a nice way to start the day. The bathroom provides a bath with shower above and the American style laundry is also located in the bathroom area, the laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The unit provides a single lock up garage and a single open car space. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
