'Bay Parklands' has always been a favourite destination for holiday makers in Port Stephens whether you're young or old. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the family friendly waterways at Little Beach or the pristine beaches of Shoal Bay, the unit has views through the parkland to the water and is located on the ground floor which is perfect for families with children that need a little more room than a balcony to play. Relax out the front while they explorer the area and feed the ducks in the nearby creek! You can also relax in air conditioned comfort in the spacious living areas. The complex has a pool, spa, full size tennis court and loads of room for children to play as 'Bay Parklands' is located on 5 acres. Hurry this apartment will be a popular choice for friends and families alike. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary.
