Spacious, open plan, air-conditioned living area with TV, DVD player, Unlimited WIFI, Google Chromecast, Games, Books and loads more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer. A huge terrace with outdoor dining and gas BBQ cooking facilities flow off from the living area.   Unit 3 is the only unit that has private access to the complex pool, so no need for the children to be going up and down in the lift or hallways and you have the pleasure of being able to sit back on your own balcony and watch the children playing in the pool. Three generous sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, DVD player and ensuite with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet.  The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
