We are golf loving folks, Fishing is fantastic, we follow different football teams, so its tense sometimes loud and horse racing is a passion too. We are social able body friendly folks.

North Facing Sun Filled open Plan Living area, Unique in design, very homely and comfortable. the guest rooms have block out blinds and are very private.

Very quiet and close to the CBD and other Swan Hill attractions. The perfect location where we to live and be a visitor to our town. Hairdresser Vibe Tribe 72 High Street SH, close by. River Walks, Pioneer Settlement, Laser Light Show and River Cruise PYAP. Murray Downs Golf and Country Club for Golf and Meals with Courtesy Bus from 6pm. Raffles every Wednesday and Sunday Nights. A range of Eating Cuisines in the town from Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Pizza's and 2 Hotels, 2 Clubs all walking distance from 80 High Street Swan Hill Art Galleries around the area and in Swan Hill
