This two bedroom apartment is very comfortable and perfect for couples, family or elderly.  The spacious air conditioned living area opens out onto the large balcony with alfresco dining and an electric BBQ.  The unit features a modern bathroom with a full size bath, shower and toilet, there is also a second toilet available in a powder room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge and full cooking facilities, internal laaundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer. Right in the heart of Nelson Bay with a lift that takes you straight down into the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shops, restaurants and cafes! Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
