Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. It offers an elegant kitchen and bathroom (with a built in laundry space), a cosy bedroom and a generous balcony. The building has a library, a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a gymnasium. Wifi is also available. There is a designated car space should you need it.
It is about 3km from the CBD, conveniently located near IGA supermarket and Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre (also IKEA for the enthusiasts).
The tram line is outside.
