Location, location, location. Serenity Sea La Vie Penthouse apartment at Darwin's Waterfront Precinct is uniquely situated directly over the water. From the top level you will have nothing but lagoon, harbour and a bird's eye views over Stokes Hill and Fort Hill Wharves from the balcony, lounge room or the bedrooms. Only 50 metres away are expansive lawns, a beach, wave pool and water activities patrolled by lifeguards. This is Darwin's best and safest saltwater swimming location and very popular with locals and visitors alike. We have to mention all the cafes and restaurants that surround the Waterfront Precinct, most definitely Darwin's premier dining out location where every taste bud is catered for. If you feel like staying in or entertaining on the balcony the apartment is ready for you. What you will enjoy most is the tranquility while being treated to uninterrupted views watching the large ships, tugboats, small cruise boats and pleasure craft.
