Please note: Full Balance due on day of arrival. If arriving after office hours and or during Covid 19 restrictions we will activate our 'contact free' check in process. We reserve the right to activate the contact free check in service at anytime. This is for your convenience and safety to everyone involved. We require payment to be successfully processed and valid photo ID (Drivers Licence) to be sent to us before instructions will be sent. Refusing to send through Valid Photo ID will result in a cancellation and you may still be charged for the accommodation. A security deposit may be asked upon checking in for additional security. We will NOT tolerate any anti social behaviour, suspicious activity or illegal activity. You will be moved on, without any refunds. You have broken the contract, not us.

The apartment options are excellent value for money, self-contained, self-catering and fully furnished. They are the ideal alternative to standard hotels and motels. Especially for longer stays, with all the facilities of home. Frewville is a great choice for travelers whom want to be close to all major Hospitals and Universities, Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Hills, Wineries, Restaurants, Pubs and local shopping. Our motel rooms are popular with back-packers/travelers, offering all the basics. The Two Bedroom Apartment and motel rooms have not been renovated, and are located at the front of the building, so expect some traffic noise. FREE onsite parking - Subject to availability. Please note during peak periods this is a first in best dressed arrangement. One vehicle per room. Please note: At any time we may activate our contact free check in service. You will be required to send to us valid photo ID.

Our apartments are perfect accommodation for those relocating to Adelaide, while looking for more permanent residency. We are walking distance from the very popular Glenunga International High School, Seymour College (Private) and many popular public primary schools. Being on Glen Osmond Road we have the benefits of being close to local shopping, restaurants, cafes and pubs and accessible public transport only 3.5km's from the CBD. We are also very close to the very stunning Adelaide Hills. We have a responsibility to provide a safe environment for both staff and guests staying with us. We will NOT tolerate any anti social behaviour, suspicious activity or illegal activity. You will be moved on, without any refunds. You have broken the contract, not us. Police will be contacted.
