Sweeping panoramic views of Daylesford with this delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split level home As you open the front door you are greeted by a large lounge/dining room. This great entertaining space features the comforts of a gas log fire and air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Two spacious bedrooms; downstairs master with a king bed (can be split into 2 singles) and a 2 person corner spa, and the second bedroom located on a mezzanine floor complete with ensuite, TV and reading chairs. Walk out on to the front deck, with its large inviting chairs and additional garden furniture and BBQ. Dog Friendly and yard is secure to the side of the house. Aggie’s Way is an oasis in Daylesford, you won’t want to leave. This property may prove challenging for guests with mobility issues with a stair case leading to the 2nd level.

The Daylesford-Hepburn Region is famous for its mineral waters and is known as the Spa Centre of Australia. Our beautiful scenery includes the famous Lake Daylesford, the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens and the Wombat State Forest. There are historic buildings in the main street of Daylesford and the region’s history lies in the rush for gold. Lake Daylesford now covers land upon which gold was first discovered and offers lakeside picnic spots, cafes, walking tracks, fishing and pedal boating. The internationally known Lake House sits on its shores and there are public BBQ facilities and amenities adjacent to the main parking area. Lake Jubilee is located south of Daylesford (about a 10-15 minute drive) and is ideal for fishing, boating and swimming. If you are looking for a waterfall, visit Sailor’s Falls, less than 30 minutes south from the Daylesford Town Centre. If you are into the outdoors, Daylesford sits at the junction of three walking trails that are part of the Great Dividing Trail – the Lerderderg Track, the Dry Diggings Track and the Wallaby Track. The Hepburn Regional Park is a little less challenging and contains mineral springs and relics of the bygone gold era.
