The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder.

Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification.

Housekeeping services: If you have booked a stay of 6 days or more, your room will be serviced every three days.

A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
